THE STARTING POSITION

Our initial situation was a website that, despite its important function, did not convert optimally. Mamimoves had the clear goal of maximizing conversion rates.

Our challenge: create an appealing, user-centered design that fits the brand perfectly and encourages users to take action. The project included web design, content creation, and SEO.

STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION

The analysis of the target group and competition was the starting point. Based on this, we defined user personas, user stories and brand attitudes.

The user personas and user stories had the function of optimally adapting the entire design to the challenges and needs of users. Brand Attitudes helped us create a unique design that matches Mamimoves' corporate identity (CI).

We have restructured the website. To do this, we first carried out an analysis of the design using Visual Attention Software (VAS) from 3M. Based on these findings, we then created the appropriate wireframes.

RESULTS

Based on user personas, user stories and brand attitudes, as well as the findings of the UX audit using VAS software, we created a unique design for Mamimoves. The final web design is not only visually appealing, but also optimally optimized for conversions.

Based on visual data analyses, we adjusted the CTA contrasts, reduced the number of call-to-actions (CTAs) and even completely removed navigation. The website was also given more whitespace and a simplified look.

The new design increased visual attention to the CTAs by 30%.

User feedback was positive and customer satisfaction was high. We are proud to look back on this successful project. And above all, we are looking forward to the positive effects that Mamimoves will have on the lives of many women.
